# Getting the key

**KEY:** Your binmaster key is **NOT** your order ID.

### **Step 1**

To redeem your order, first make sure that the transaction has been completed, then, go to your e-mail that you supplied when buying the product. There, you will find e-mail from Sellix which also contains the order ID of your transaction. Copy the order ID correctly, it should look like this: `2ac58d-dddd274672-a05cef`

### Step 2

After copying the order ID, please join our [Discord](/binmaster-docs/community/discord.md), where the bot will assign you the required roles and give you a key in exchange of the orderID.

To redeem the order, go to [#bot-commands](https://discord.com/channels/966113525539934218/982045653666529280), and use the command /redeem from our auth bot, like this: `/redeem order:2ac58d-dddd274672-a05cef`. If the order ID is correct, the bot will assign you the specific role of the product, and you will be able to access the necessary channels.

When redeeming, please complete the form and finish the redeeming process, or else you will have to wait until a Session Reset (00:00 UTC) to do it again.

### Step 3

To view your key after redeeming, execute the command `/key`.
