Download/Setup on a remote VPS

SETUP: This documentation will only provide you basic steps to setup a VPS, and it is more focused on what comes after CONNECTING to the VPS.

RECOMMENDATION: We personally recommend Vultr or CloudFanatic for its simplicity, but it is up to the user to make the final decision.
