By agreeing to purchase our software, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms:

• Pirating our software is strictly prohibited, and any unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in necessary action.

• Chargebacks are prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

• Any bans resulting from violations of our terms, including but not limited to misuse or unauthorized sharing of licenses or private credentials, are solely your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to revoke your license(s) at any time, without prior notice, should we find evidence of violation of our terms or misuse of our software.

Data collection

By using our software, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms:

• Access Token: We collect access tokens solely for the purpose of verifying the validity of the token linked to the key provided. Access tokens are securely stored and are not shared with any third parties.

• Discord ID: Your Discord ID is collected to associate the keys with your account securely. This allows us to provide personalized support and manage your access to our services effectively.

• Player Username and UUID: We collect player usernames and UUIDs to fetch data from Hypixel's servers. This data is used exclusively for providing the intended service and is not shared with any third parties.

• Version: We collect information about the version of the program you are using for support purposes. This helps us to improve our services and provide better support to our users.

• Date and Time: The date and time of program execution is logged for verification and security purposes.
